- THIS WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

- Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, or accident.
- Products that are damaged due to improper installation or connection
- Products used in an inappropriate location or in environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, moisture, etc.) outside the normal specified range.
- Products not installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with the latest Electrical Code applicable to the installation.
- Electrical power surges and spikes.
- Damage from lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, tornado, fire or other
- The mirror glass or coating/paint backing surface is broken or fractured.
- The mirror glass is subjected to standing water or other liquids.
- The mirror glass is damaged or altered by handling, storage, fabrication, or installation contrary to CONCEPT SANITARY WARE CO.,LTD’s written instructions attached.
- The mirror glass or coating/paint back surface is attacked by incompatible glazing lubricants, soaps, gaskets, sealants or silicones, or cleaning fluids; moisture runoff; gluing; direct contact with paints adhesives, solvents or insulation; or exposure to solvent or chemical fumes.
- The mirror glass was discarded or destroyed.
- The mirror glass is installed in swimming pool enclosures, bath enclosures, or commercial refrigeration products.
- The mirror glass is installed or used in an application other than indoor use.
- Products that have been used in any manner or for any purpose that is not consistent with our Product Specification Sheets.
